Nordic Vision 2030 is to make the Nordic region the most sustainable and integrated region in the world by 2030. Education and learning has an important role to play in order to encourage young people and adults engage with the Vision 2030 and support achieving the vision’s three strategic objectives: a green Nordic Region, a competitive Nordic Region, and a socially sustainable Nordic Region.

Through Nordic webinars we invite you to get inspiration and discuss different aspects and dilemmas of sustainable development, as well as extend your network and find out how different actors in adult learning work for achieving the 2030 goals and facilitate learning for sustainable development.

In order to maintain democracy and a democratic society, we need to work towards that every day. Education has a very central role in this work. The organisers want to start the webinar series with this topic and Sustainable Development goal No.16 “Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions”.
