How to improve adults’ basic skills in Europe?

The European Commission has started an evaluation process on progress made in implementing the Upskilling Pathways initiative

In the last two years, a European consortium has been working with civil society organisations, providers and trainers from all over Europe to deepen the knowledge and foster the discussion about the Upskilling Pathways initiative. The recently published UP-AEPRO toolkit will come in handy in preparing your response to the public consultation on the EU Council Recommendation on ‘upskilling pathways’.

The European Commission has started an evaluation process on progress made in its implementation in the EU Member States. The consultation is part of the Recommendation evaluation process recently published by the European Commission. Its main goal is to assess national action, the support provided by the Commission, and progress made towards the Recommendation’s objectives. The evaluation report published by the Commission will discuss the experience gained and the implications for the future.
