e Norwegian practitioner and policy maker has played a key role in fostering international dialogue in adult education for more than twenty years. For his work he is now honored as a member in the International Adult and Continuing Education Hall of Fame, as the first Norwegian in this celeber society.
The IACE Hall of Fame was established in 1996 and is a non-profit organization connected to the University of Oklahoma in the USA. A jury consisting of prominent pedagogs and leaders comes together annualy to decide who will be the chosen ones. Up to now, about 300 Adult Learning professionals from 28 countries have been selected to the Hall of Fame.
