Recognition of prior learning:
Nordic-Baltic experiences and European perspectives
Conference in Copenhagen March 2007
There turned out to be many more people than expected interested in this conference. Consequently the number of participants to be accepted was increased - from 70 to 110. The conference took place at DGI-byen Hotel in central Copenhagen.
Presentations in plenary sessions were interwoven with smaller workshops presenting and discussing different cases from the Nordic and Baltic countries, ranging from the field of research to those describing different methods. The conference concluded with a panel debate.
Two French experts, Patrick Werquin from the OECD and Michel Feutrie from the Lille University contributed to give a global perspective of the situation regarding the field of recognition of prior learning.
In these pages you will find an extensive documentation consisting of brief summaries, longer articles and video filmed interviews (below, file format: wmv).
